Traditionally, aspiring applicants will have to dress up when applying for a certain position that a prospective employer is opening, most definitely when times are harsh and employees are desperate for a job.
Quite interestingly, however, is the scene at Palm Beach Community College’s annual job fair, where applicants are only seen as wearing flip-flops, T-shirts, baseball caps, and what not. The more interesting thing thing is that it didn't matter to the employers in the fair.
